- I was fascinated by the thought process, even though some of It is pretty deep stuff
Some of the "facts" seem very subjective, but all on all I found It quite brilliant. I am a firm believer in God, so it was refreshing to see a scientist / philosopher point of view. - Well written and clear. Author does a relatively good job walking you through the scientific rationale for a supreme creator. There is some redundancy but if you are at a point in your life where you are seeking a reason to believe in God, the book will guide in that direction.
- It's a good read. It makes the case that one does not have to choose between religion and science--they actually go hand in hand. The author gives many examples of how scientific discoveries actually bolster the belief in a supernatural force. He refers to not just one unlikely accommodation that promotes the existence of life and a suitable planet for it, but dozens. From DNA, the Big Bang, the "perfect planet", and more, the odds of all this being a lucky accident keep dropping. He loses a bit when he refers to the exact wording of biblical scripture, which overall contradicts evolution more than it supports it. There are also a few errors, including one big one. He says that anatomically modern human beings only have existed for 50,000 years. That is very off of the real mark of about 200,000 years ago. 50,000 years ago was about when humans started migrating to Eurasia. Other that that, it is very much worthy of reading. And who knows? Maybe someday science will discover God.

- I found this book to be an extraordinary treatment of both the cosmos and it's relationship to the bible
This should remove anyone's doubt about God's presence and his hand in the formation of our world and the universe and his continued presence. - A breathtakingly excellent analysis of the findings of quantum theory, astrophysics and cosmology confirming beyond rational doubt anti-materialist philosophies which hold that an intelligent "Spirit" underlies reality.
Davis explains the manner in which the divine intelligence manipulates the stuff of matter to create reality and change. He explains in clear, no-nonsense language that science proves that the cosmos could not have originated by chance. The rise of intelligent, self-aware beings did not occur due to the random collisions of atoms, or by accidental, coincidental, mechanical means. Davis competently reveals the lunacy of such ideas.
Davis devastates the materialists and atheists who posit absurd concepts such as String Theory and Multiverses, etc, to disingenuously counter the overwhelming scientific evidence for Intelligent Design. These spurious theories are more than baseless and David shows how they contradict the basic edicts of science, revealing the desperate need of materialists to sustain and upgrade their frauds.
This is a supremely important book for those who wish to expertly confirm the case for Intelligent Design, and do it with devastating logic, accuracy and authority.
The summary alone is worth the price of the book.
I also recommend Richard Milton's monumental "Shattering the Myths of Darwinism," and also "Sleepwalkers" by Arthur Koestler, "Sex, Ecology and Spirituality," by Ken Wilber, "New Science of Life," by Rupert Sheldrake, "The Master and His Emissary," by Iain McGilchrist, and the works of the Religious Naturalists or Naturalistic Pantheists.
